The Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to Clause 48 of the Mining Law (re Social Safety Net of the Personnel of Mining Enterprises) in the Second Reading

Under the bill (Reg. No. 6437), during the liquidation or temporary closing of the mining enterprise, the categories of personnel specified in the applicable law shall be supplied with coal for household needs within the scope of the tariff agreement by the commission for termination of the mining enterprise (liquidation commission or liquidator).

The Law shall come into force on January 1, 2012.
